While driving down Collins toward Edgewood road at 1:30am, a friend called me and reported that the road was lit up in neon colors because hundreds on glow sticks had scattered on the road. After receiving the message my father and i drove out to Collins and saw for our selves the many spilled glow sticks lighting up Collins. We pulled over, snapped a few poor shots and picked some up after circling Collins twice.
