Former Iowa Fullback Trevor Bollers has a great philosophy on sports, "your feet can never stop moving or you have lost the opportunity to make the play." That goes for any sport, that's why he and his brother Trefton have created Hot Feet Sports. This weeks camp, which goes through Thursday, has focused on agility, strength and acceleration. The camp is for kids ages 6-12 in any sport. Held at the Penn Meadow's Park in North Liberty, the kids have also had a great time learning about hydration, academics and athletics, teamwork among other things. Trevor and his brother focus on education as well in their camps because it takes more than skill to be a great athlete. Their next camp will be held beginning on August 9th and go through the 12th and will be a football focused camp with session 1 from 9-11 for the flag football players and session 2 from 1-3 for the tackle football players. Cost of the camp is $65 per camper per session.
