Our family wouldn't be complete without our family pets. Skitter is such a friendly hamster. She runs to my daughter when she calls her name, and loves scurry around her room in search of hidden treasures. Socks the cat was born on the playground of my children's school. The mother cat ran off when the kids ran out to recess, and so Socks began her life as a pampered kitty, being doted on so she would survive without her mom. Chloe came to our family when she was five years old. We knew we wanted a young companion for our older dog, and were so lucky with Chloe came into our lives. We quickly learned that she could eat an entire loaf of bread in 4 seconds, and that she could escape from the kennel that we thought would become her sleeping spot. She is the most attentive dog, and always is showing us how interested she is in what we are doing. We can't imagine what our lives would be like without these wonderful animals.
