I attended kirkwood community college for pet grooming in 2009. I was required to take a class where you have to train a dog that is currently in a local shelter. When I seen kiya, who at the time had no name, sitting in her kennel I knew she was the dog I had to work with. Once the semester was up we got graded on how well we trained the dog and we also got the option to adopt them. Kiya and I got along so well and had won each other's hearts that I knew I couldnt let her go. I have had Kiya for over a year now and she never fails to keep a smile on my face. Between her crazy sleeping positions and spinning in crazy fast circles when she is excited, she always puts a smile on everyones faces.
Crazy Kiya
