Oelwein flooding caused alot of homes to have flooded basements north of town. i have two friends whom got flooded one got 2-3 foot of water in her basement that even caused her washer and dryer to "float" everyone be careful when u see water that is higher than you usually know it to be. stay safe and leave the water alone! :)
