Was driving home to Hiawatha, when we noticed this cloud so we took a picture..anyone know what it is?

Was North of CR. Wasn't Palo. Saw it too. Got video, no rotation it it tho.

Hey, I think that it's not a cloud. It's steam from the Nuke plant in Palo. Been mistaken several times for clouds by other people. Just thought I would let everybody know.

I've seen similar to this happening befor. Its like theres a verticle cold spot and the moisture condenses just in that area making it look similar to a funnel. Theres no rotation in it, just clouds lifting.
