Shot this image near Denver, Iowa while camping in back yard. Funnel shape cloud that looks like a tornado forming, appeared in sky about 1 mile South East of town.

DEFINITELY not a funnel cloud. Nice could pic though. :)

The key words here from "Funnel shape cloud that looks like a tornado forming" are funnel SHAPEd and LOOKS LIKE a tornado. If there is no rotation, then it is not a funnel. Sometimes these "scud" clouds can fool people into thinking "tornado".
