Its been 9 years since KCRG has been to Fayette and a lot has changed. Bike trails, parks, and the opera house have been created and restored. A new and challenging 9 holes have been added to Big Rock Golf Course. The downtown landscape is changing with the addition of new businesses and shops including some that are benefiting from Upper Iowa University's annual Business Development Grant for up to $40,000 for a new business start up. And Upper Iowa University, a town staple and the largest Iowa-based private college in iowa, is expanding by embarking on a $75 million dollar capital improvement project.
