In honor of Earth Day 2010 a crew of 16 people spent 2 hours cleaning up the grounds around Hunter's Specialties on the NE side of Cedar Rapids today.

All I can say is WOW! I’m astonished at how much garbage we picked up! We had the back of a pickup heaped to the top. There were three pallets, several sheets of metal and at least 8 bags FULL of garbage that we picked up just from the waterway along side our building. All in all we had12 bags of garbage!
A big thank you to the folks who volunteered!
