This morning members of the neighborhood association, the Cedar Boat Club and the Ski team showed up to show support for the Cedar Rapids Ellis Harbor. Everyone helped pick up sticks, garbage, water-logged sticks, water-logged branches. This is a community effort and this community should be proud to have something like the Ellis Harbor in Cedar Rapids, it is very special to our city. Later today our Governor Chet Culver is going to sign the bill that has saved the Ellis Harbor. 4pm today on the Ellis pier!
