I hate it when people don't know what there talking about. If you noticed when he moved the camera to the outside of the cloud it was a well defined wall cloud. That is a awsome video and thanks for sharing it.

I saw this when I was leaving Echo Hill School, and it defiantly looked like it was rotating to me. It never appeared to touch down though.

I'm always amazed how many people will claim low hanging storm structures that are not wall clouds or tornadoes, as wall clouds or tornadoes...
