My lhasa apso, Carter, went missing on March 3rd, 2010 from Bass Farms in Mt. Vernon. He was last seen around 4:45 pm. Carter is a male and is seven months old. He was wearing a blue collar at the time he went missing but did not have any tags. Please contact Niki at 319-533-3200 if you have seen Carter or have any other information.

I really hope that you have found Carter, we have dog that looks so much like him. I can not emagine how sad you are and I truly wish you the best of luck.
