This is a picture of a wall cloud that has a funnel inside of it (if you look closely), that passed over our home while residing in North Liberty 1 1/2 yrs. ago. The tornadoe warning & sirens didn't go off until after this thing had passed and then the funnel was seen over the rec center downtown. Scary to say the least.
