2009 Flash Flooding near Toddville

This video is taken from the Otter Creek bridge on Midway Rd just north of Toddville. This gives a good view of the volume of water. This is the point where the East and West Otter Creeks come together. It is hard to see but the video starts on East Otter Creek and then pans to West Otter Creek the trees are what seperates (or use to seperate) the two creeks. This also shows one of the houses that was flooded and the old barn and out buildings that were flooded. This flood was a couple of inches short of going through the barn windows
