2009 Flash Flood near Toddville

This video is taken west of the Otter Creek bridge on Midway Rd. just north of Toddville. Both of the houses you see had water in them. The residence prepared for the rising water by moving some things to higher ground. This flood was the worst they have seen and the higher ground wasn't high enough.
