My friend and I being avid disc golfers decided to take a walk down to the flooded course to see the damage caused yet another flood. The trail that was just recently fixed after last year's flood has again crumbled and washed away. The water was atleast 10 ft high closer to the creek. Although an amazing sight to see a 10 ft wide creek expand to about 150 ft wide the wait to play this amazing course again will be a nuisance. (P.S.--We went through the back side of the course to get these pictures)

Maybe it help to say where, what, when, why and how. And when you penetrated the course from the back side did you at least give it a kiss?

How exactly is it lost? I doubt the steel baskets concreted into the ground just floated away, and you can still hike the land whether the grass is dead for awhile or not. We've got PLENTY of courses to choose from compared to most areas.

Just think of it as a large water hazard.

YOu have it backwards. It is flood ground, and when it is dry you can use if for recreation. You haven't "lost" anything.

wow, leave the person alone, some people really enjoy disc golfing. just because the story isn't about people losing homes doesn't mean they don't care. It's nice to see a VARIETY of angles of the flooding discussed. chill people!

Well, my disc ends up in the creek 90% of the time at this course anyway(I don't have a very accurate shot). I guess this will just up my odds.

Anybody that says this isn't a real sport hasn't even tried it! Is it because its more formal or cause there aren't any golf carts available? Fact of the matter is disc golf is a much better work out than golf!

Waka Jawaka: Clearly there is no who involved, the when and where are both posed at the top, he gave you the what. why and how... maybe all the rain!? wow. and jones cuervo: walked the course today, the water ripped some of the baskets clean out.
