We are one of the homes that have not been evacuated. We were told eariler that this is a hostage situation. A couple of times we have heard yelling.

Yea It was his family that helped him out and they always will like your guys family. Anyways what the cops did was wrong by doing that and they just made the situation worse.... FAM(ILY).... Thats what gets you out of a mess

The police interefered. He tried to surrender hours earlier but they pointed a gun at his head and scared him back into the house and made him madder. It wasn't the police who talked him out of the house.
