So I was sitting at my home yesterday waiting for the storm to make its inevitable swoop through Cedar Rapids. I must admit that the clouds heading our way looked pretty awesome. Every time I looked outside, it just seemed to be getting darker, and darker, and darker. I decided that I needed to go outside and take everything that was on my trampoline off of it because even though my trampoline has been outside and for over a year and hasn't flown away before, I didn't want to take any chances with my precious Chicago Bears football and soccer balls. (Me being the sports freak) I decided that my little souvenir soccer ball from one of those crane games in the arcade could probably handle the storm if I just sealed my enclosure up. I was wrong. As soon as it got really dark and windy I was getting worried. I kept on peering through the window to see if my trampoline had lifted off into the dark stormy night. After the torrential rain had began to fall, I peered through the window again and saw nothing. My trampoline was gone. Thats when I decided to go outside and brave the storm to see if I could find where it went. The storm got the best of me. Not even 5 minutes after I came in, I looked outside again and sure enough, I saw my trampoline! Except it was hanging off the side of my deck. The final damage was that the frame had been bent and there were tears in the enclosure and the trampoline bed. I have no idea how it flew down a hill and then flew back up onto my deck. Only the storm knows...
And..... there goes my trampoline

Can you say "liability insurance"? Be thankful it didn't break a window or hit an automobile.
