Pronounced mammatus clouds hang over the western sky at Bowman Woods Park in Cedar Rapids around 7:12 PM Friday evening, July 24. The clouds appeared about an hour before a strong storm moved through the area, and prompted several neighbors to gather and gaze skyward at the spectacle.
