I adopted Morgan from a breeder in Pennsylvania after they discovered he had MegaEsophagus, an eating disorder, and would have to be fed in a special way for the rest of his life. In order for the food to stay in his stomach, it was necessary to have him sit upright for 20 minutes after each feeding. The best way for a 6-week old German Shepherd pup to stay upright that long was to place him in a baby walker. This worked great for several weeks, until he outgrew the walker and figured out how to get out of it~! Luckily, Morgan's ME is in remission at this point and he eats and drinks like any normal dog and at 14 months is nearing the 100 pound mark~~!
