Yes, This cats name is actually Angry Kitten, although she is not so angry anymore. This picture was taken a little more than one year ago. We found Angry Kitten and her two sisters, Petunia and Toaster, outside of our house between late summer and early fall. They were all sitting together in a little spot in in the flower garden. They were very scared because they had never seen a human up close or far away before. Petunia and Toaster just cowered away from us but Angry Kitten was hissing, spitting, and biting. Hence the name Angry Kitten. My sister and I played with them everyday and the other two warmed up to us and started coming to us on their own, but Angry Kitten was resilient. After three days she was still spitting and hissing. On the third and fourth day the kittens stared looking frail and sickly. Later we found out that the reason the kittens had been put there was because the mother could no longer take care of them. On the fifth day we came home from school, still not knowing that the kittens had no mother, and checked on them again. Two of them were dead. We begged my mother to let us take Angry Kitten, the only surviver, inside so we could take care of her. She was only about five weeks old. She came in and warmed up to us slowly. She even learned how to make friends with our cat Rosie, who was not very nice. She even had a little life in her the second day we had her inside because she was irritating Rosie by attacking her tail. Now, in a new house, Angry Kitten is no longer angry, she is the Happy,Playful, Surviver Kitten. She is living a happy well fed life of an inside cat who has made friends with my rabbit Dexter, the dogs Cooper and Ella, and even me. Unfortunately Rosie is no longer with us. She sleeps on the end of my bed every night, cheers me up when I am down, plays with my fingers and toes, and steeling my hair bands and flinging them in the middle of the night. Though she doesn't like anybody that doesn't live in the house and will run if she sees anybody she doesn't know, she is the best cat that I have ever had, and will ever have.
Miss Angry Kitten
