Tornado TIV Storm chaser

On June 19, a tornado research vehicle was spotted at the Ely gas station. I asked the driver if they are expecting tornadic events in this area. The response I received, they were tracking the heavy storm activity in North Dakota and N.E. Iowa. Due to the storms the return trip was longer than anticipated.
