Someone poured gasoline on the hood and winshield and along the top left hand side of the vehicle. Lit it on fire and took off. Not sure if anyone saw. If any one saw an individual at a gas station between the hours of 10:00 p.m.and 12:00a.m. filling up a small plastic gas can that would only hold a couple of gallons of gas, between Cedar Rapids and Manchester please call the Manchester police department.
