9U Trojan Gold baseball team wins 1st!

The 9U Trojan Gold baseball team played two games on Saturday, May 2. They beat the Moline Blackhawks 8-0 and then beat the Quad City Reds 14-13. On Sunday, May 3, they lost their first game to the Quad City A's 14-8, but came back to win against the North Scott Lightening 14-9, then beat the Solon Spartans 8-3, that put them into the championship game which they beat the Quad City Reds 14-8 to take home the 1st place trophy.
