UNI campus is flooded completely, and so some students had some fun and went body surfing in the 1 foot deep puddles in the grass.

well, there is water standing everywhere....i guess i consider that flooded. granted, it's not like cedar rapids flood, but it's flooded by the rain water

thats not a flood! it was just a lot of rain and people playing in the mud!! i was there and saw everything it wasnt that bad at all and the next morning it was gone!
