Alburnett Tornado

The following e-mails contain twenty-five images chronicling the beginning of a tornado near Alburnett, Iowa on the 26th day of April, 2009 AD. The images chronicle the very beginning of a tornado that is presently plaguing Eastern Iowa. It must have touched down around 4:50 I started clicking and didn't stop (God forgive me!). It touched down somewhere south of Lafayette and may have passed through it before temporary dissipating.

Lafayette Tornado says ... on Sunday, Apr 26 at 9:13 PM

It did touch down on 3 houses in Lafayette, just west of Alburnett including my own. Blew part of the roof off the house in the middle. Broke several windows. Nobody was injured. Several neighbors watched the tornado. Nathan Johnson
