White-Out Conditions: I-80 9:00am Monday

KCRG-TV9 reporter Jami Brinton sent in a couple of pictures from I-80 in Jasper County, near Newton. You can see snow is already coming down and she reports white-out conditions. The photos were taken just before 9:00 a.m. on Monday.

Yes, the pic was apparently taken by a passenger... but it does say something about the posters who comment on 'cellphone usage' - it's a typical psychological concept called 'transference', usually meaning it's something they do themselves.

Given the placement of the picture to the right side of the right lane, I would say that the passenger did take the picture. Believe it or not, people still use actual cameras to take pictures, especially in the news industry.
