Troy and Tracey Eickstaedt of Tallahasse Florida have not lost their Hawkeye spirit after moving to Florida 4 years ago. Troy, with the help of his brother in law Shane and father in law Rick painted this Tiger Hawk in Troys front lawn. Tracey is the daughter of Rick and Amy Scofield in Marion.
