Makiah Miller was passionate about voting this year. He loved his fellow basketball Dream Team member and was passionate about having him as president, so Makiah's dad gave up his first ever chance to vote to his son. The first step in a long journey, "Makiah's Bill" is the next step for all the legislators and president to sign into law.
