This photo was taken on the morning of July 26, 2008 on the construction site of Nebraska's first windfarm project near Bloomfield on the Nebraska, South Dakota border. The site has been plagued with storms since construction began a couple of months ago which answers the question as to whether there will be enough wind available to produce a substancial amount of energy. My husband thought the cloud formations were especially unusual that morning.
