Workers remove a half submerged barge Tuesday July 15, 2008 that struck the Julien Dubuque Bridge in Dubuque, IA back on June 9th. Fifteen fully loaded barges struck one of the pillars on the eastern side of the main channel of the Mississippi River. The bridge was closed to traffic for some time.
