I am a spotter for the national weather service. I was driving home from CR to Dubuque tonite and saw a severe thunderstorm. After searching the back end of the storm for signs of a tornado, i found this wall cloud. Others have reported the tubular white cloud extending from the leading edge of the wall cloud as a funnel cloud, but I do not feel that it was a funnel as there was no rotation.
