There was a ton of brilliant lightening strikes and streaks of lightening that would fan out like veins in the sky. I figured I would go to a gravel road (Racine Ave) which is pretty much the only hill around. (Smart right? Go to the highest spot when it's lightening.) But it was the only clear shot I had of the storm as it was leaving south bound toward Iowa City.
