Beautiful But Dangerous

With cloud tops spiking from 50-55,000 feet, this storm cell in northern Delaware County caught the setting sun just after 8:30 PM, Monday, July 8, 2013. The storm was flash flood warned and produced a small funnel. This image looks NE from North Alburnett Rd., about .3-mile north of County Home Road in Linn County. The storm is about 35 miles distant.
