My boyfriend who is in the National Guard was able to take a few pictures once the water started to go down in Cedar Rapids.

We went down Old River Road yesterday and I was concerned about all those plastic barrels littering the flood plain. anyone know whats in those barrels?? I guessing stuff like caustic, sodium hydroxide, acid, who knows what else?
