This is a picture taken through a window at Horizons-A Family Service Alliance, 819 5th St. SE. The floods damaged much of the first floor of the building and tossed things out into the street.

wow, my son was seen at this building before. this is really sad, we were flodded as well but only really seen 'familir' interiors there. this is horrible, and this program is great. i hope they get back on their feet.
