My friend was mowing and noticed a bunch of dry grass fly. He went back and checked and there they were- eight baby bunnies all still alive in a tiny whole my dog had dug in the middle of his yard. They were very fortunate his mower had straddled the hole and his wheel hadn't squashed them not to mention what could have happened if his blades were lower and the noise had scared them! So lucky, so cute....

bunnies eat gardens.they are stupid, i doubt the dog dug the hole, the mom did.and then put her stupid bunnies there.he will not feel so fortunate for missing them with his mower when these pests eat everything he plants outside.not so cute then.

It is really unfortunate that there are such bitter and angry people in this world. I was the mower guy and yes the hole was dug by a dog....I know my yard, and I know the dog....:). Baby rabbits are " stupid" ???? Hmmmmmm... enough said:) :) :)

So glad you didn't hurt any of them! They were probably too scared to move! They still look horrified in the picture. Hopefully they are alright now. Maybe when they are all big and hungry they can move on to BH's garden to eat his tasty plants!
