Don't plan on getting gas anytime soon at the Hy-vee gas station in Iowa City. Hy-vee workers were busy putting up sand bags at Hy-vee. They were working very hard and very organized. Carousel 2 were able to move all of their cars out of their lot. If it wasn't for the trees by Carousel 2 you wouldn't know where the road should be.
