Weyerhaeuser and Alliant Energy on Shaver Rd. NE engulfed by the murky waters of Cedar River. Rapidly rising flood waters crept up on Weyerhaeuser and also swallowed up many vehicles and trucks at Alliant Energy. While taking photos a individual drove their car into the flood water over Shaver Rd and found out for themselves why you do not drive into flood waters.
