Waters continue to rise on the Cedar River near Rocester. West Rochester can no longer be reached. It is now though that all the cabins along the river are now completely submerged or swept away. East Rochester still seeing river rise, thunderstorm now approaching. Nothing else can be done for this town now except to see what is left when the river subsides.
