Water keeps rising this morning in Rochester IA. Crest not expected for 1- 2 more days. Every road in town now has water on it. Samill has had most of its logs washed drown stream.

For Cedar County the person in charge is Mary V. and her number is 563-886-3355. Due to the flooding in larger metro areas, places such as Rochester are not receiving the donations due to lack of knowledge in community. Thank you and God Bless.

There are sites you can go to to donate, from what I've heard there alot of baby things needed, diapers clothes, wipes, and i'm sure clothing of all sizes is needed. i think it is flood2008.org? kcrg.com will have the sites listed thank you

I can't even reconize the area is the bridge under water?? Which side is this picture taken from the road to west branch or the road at the entrance to the east side of Rochester???????????
