The 700 block of Center Pt Rd NE (2 blocks North of Coe College) was flooded on Thrusday, June 12th. Flooded businesses include Balloons, Etc--the home of Sparkles and Sprinkles the Clowns, Aggie O'Shears, PJ Vaccum, Technigraphics, Aid to Women, Homeport, and the Strip Mall including the 2nd Act stores. As the owner of Balloons, Etc... Sparkles the Clown says, "Even with a swimming pool in my parking lot you can't keep a good clown down. We will bounce back!!"
