I have never known #21 to be closed for this long at a time going south out of Belle Plaine. Bill Martin even found a leech that was over 12 inches long just alongside the flooded highway when we were looking for crawdads.

I WAS TOLD BY A BELLE PLAINE PERSON THAT OWNS A DAIRY FARM, WITH THE INITIALS K.D.-- THAT "BELLE PLAINE WAS FINE, NOT HIT BY RAIN AT ALL, AND HAD NO FLOODING"... SURE DOESNT APPEAR THIS WAY... THANKS FOR THE PICTURES!!
