I've been trying to post these, but I get my internet out of Vinton, so you can imagine the probelms i've been having with net acess...
This is a picture of Otter Creek just south of Alice on Iowa road. This normally is about perhaps a 5 foot wide creek...now this creek stretches across much of the farmland at (estimated) about 15+ feet across...Otter Creek also goes under central city highway, but the highway appears to be out of danger...it is iowa road where the concern of possible flooded over roadway lies.
