Flooding in Chelsea, Iowa is worse than in 1993, as it is in most places in Iowa. Chelsea residents are taking it all in stride and waiting for the water to go down to rebuild their lives.

chelsea always gets flooded we hate it. makes me wanna cry:( Well i hope the flooding will go down as soon as possible.Thank you for your time and support with us GO CHELSEA!

The picture of those three in the bucket of that tractor is TYPICAL Chelsea mentality. It's exactly why I left years ago.
