A Resident in shock and dismay over the flooding that just kept coming and coming causing his evacuation.
The youth of Vinton really came to the city's need for volunteers. Where ever or whatever they could do, the young people of Vinton and surrounding towns did it alongside the adults, National Gaurd and leaders of the city.
