Floodwaters at 8th Ave and 10th St SE

Floodwaters by Mercy Hospital

This picture was taken about @ 6PM. The water hasn't come straight down 8th Avenue, however this seems to be a low spot, likely close to the current river levels.

I have family on 8th Ave and 14th...should they evacuate?

how far will the water get will it get as high as 15th street should we be aware of anything if something does happen will water get backed up into our sewers????
