THIS IS SAD..I MOVED INTO THE "FLATS" 22 YEARS AGO AND I NEVER WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT THIS AREA AND THE FLATS WOULD GET HIT THAT HARD..I DID POST SOME PICS ON THERE OF THAT AREA OFF OTIS RD, TAKE A LOOK, HOPE THAT ALL IS WELL STAY STRONG!
