Run-off from NE Cedar Rapids fills the Huntington Ridge Park basin on C Ave NE and runs up onto the road. In nine years here, we've not seen the basin fill that high and go onto the road. This basin feeds a drainage area on the east side of C Avenue that eventually meets Indian Creek in Marion. Photos taken 2:40 p.m. 6/12/2008 (Eric Wylie)
