I had to find a way from SW Cedar Rapids to NE Cedar Rapids. I had sat in traffic on I-380 south early in the afternoon, so I decided to go the back way into Marion/NE Cedar Rapids. I took 30 east to 151 and took that to the marion bypass. This picture is from 151 very close to the Cedar River at 8pm June 11.
